Like Minecraft, it seems that Mojang wants to make Minecraft Dungeons as accessible of a game as possible. Minecraft Dungeons is available on a breadth of platforms. For players who've beaten the story of Minecraft Dungeons, this seems a good excuse to hop back into the game. Minecraft Dungeon players will also be able to increase their Adventure Rank through special events like the Tower by competing in daily and weekly challenges for rewards. The Cloudy Climbs update and Adventure Pass is the first seasonal update that will be making its way to Minecraft Dungeons, with future updates containing similar levels of content. The Cloudy Climbs Adventure Pass content is available for free for players who own Minecraft Dungeons, however there are options for players who want to spend real money in the game. Alongside a new game mode though, Minecraft Dungeons is releasing its first adventure pass, which contains cosmetics such as skins, capes and pets as well as emotes for players to use. Each run of the Tower starts players off with a blank slate, similar to the roguelite game mode being introduced to Hitman 3or the game Hades. With a roguelite game mode known as the Tower, players are required to fight their way through procedurally generated floors of enemies in order to climb as high as they can.
